Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process and prepare your order before it ships. This includes time for production, packaging, and quality checks.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control—such as severe weather, holidays, customs processing, pandemics, or natural disasters. We appreciate your understanding during these times.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. To track your shipment, visit the “Track Your Order” page on our website. If you need help, feel free to reach out to us.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without penalty. To cancel, please email auroragaming@gmail.com with the subject line: “CANCEL MY ORDER.”
Incorrect Shipping Address
Entered the wrong address? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll correct it. Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
Delivery Attempts
Our shipping carriers will usually attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
